Fradulent community certificate

Whats the punishment for producing a false community certificate to join medical course. A BC candidate whose parents are Doctors have manipulated their details and got OBC certificate and joined medical course in a deemed university. How and what kind of action will b taken against the candidate and the parents. Will the officers( thasildar) who issued the certificate be punished?

Admission will be cancelled if its proved OBC certificate is obtained by false declaration and parents as well student will be prosecuted but opportunity will be given to prove that they are OBC before taking action under law.

If the parents are doctors is there any loop hole to proove that they are eligible to get OBC certificate. Can u suggest any expert advocate in this matter
