Fraudulently got signature on stamp paper

  1. I am 70 + years old widow/illiterate , only can sign
  2.  No children and we adopted a son (baby was 6 days old) with no legal formalities followed for adoption (now he is 47 years old), all his certificates were noted as our name as a parents. Now I am under my son’s protection.
  3. My husband has Ancestral property and fraudulently deceived me by my husband’s relatives and got signature on Rs.50.00 blank stamp paper and used the same, in agreement of sale of property and filed a civil case for claiming the property.
  4. In the process they fabricated my signature on many other stamp papers and submitted in the court.
