The problem / issue requires verification of several documents, and obtaining of such documents as certified copies both from Revenue dept., and Registration dept. If after studying all this, you can conclude that there was a fraud or corruption in dept., records, you can get back only after filing a case before Court. Again the adverse possession may go against you. Contact a sincere local advocate, and these things can not be decided on a post in on line forum as many details and chain of events and verification of continuous records and careful observation is most essential in these chronic issues.
