Hi,
My previous organisation not releasing my July-2017 and August-2017 Month salary. I worked there from 14th May 2016 to 25th Aug-2017 and resigned on 21st August 2017 and the reason of leaving the organisation was delayed salary. They had never released salary on time during my tenure,Some time 15 days and some time 2 months therfore I resigned the organisation. Though my resignation being accepted and I got the releiving letter as well. But they are holding my F&F and not releasing July And August month salary. From August 2017 to till date I emailed him 4-5 times but nobody replying on mail but over phone they always keep on saying for next month but their next month never comes. Now Director has stopped taking my call.
Please suggest what can be done now. Now I relocated to Mumbai and my previous company located at New Delhi.
