Full & final amount not received from six month

 

I was resigned from KS Oils Ltd. (Leading integrated edible oil company) on Dt. 16.09.2011 from my position as an Accounts Officer and company relieved me on 24.09.2011.

I sent around 10-15 mails regarding F&F purpose (request mail) to HR & Finance Department. But till date I have not find any positive reply. (My f&f value around Rs. 21,000/- Only)

As per telephonic discussion with company's DGM-HR & DGM-Finance, company have no fund for payment whenever he have sufficient fund, they paid.

Please advice..

You may lodge a complaint with o/o Wages Inspector and let the comapny state that they do not have the funds to pay wages.In your claim you may include the expenses incurred on phone calls,visits ( include to and fro travelling and even parking charges), internet/cyber cafe/email charges, interest on delayed payment, damages etc.

Employee should record such calls during which the comapny states that it does not have funds.If you have not you may.

Such indivisuals and companies play tricks e.g. cheque was sent but was returned undelivered.

Submit a final letter addressed to appointing authority,MD,Head-HR and narrate all of  your representations made so far by email,phone,in person, by letter,and demand reply by letter under original seal and signature by hand of these official  and payment by Bank DD only thru redg/speed post only, and mention that you are enclosing self addressed postage prepaid envelope for reply by redg/speed post only.
