Gaining legal rights on mother's sister assets

Dear Experts, This is Srinivas aged 28 and live in tamil nadu. I have been brought up by my uncle and Aunt(My Mother's sister) and we all live together. Officially i don't have any legal rights on movable and immovable properties of my uncle as I am not adopted. Is there any way that I can become a legal heir for the assets owned by my parents and uncle ? Kindly let me know what all are required for claiming fixed deposits and property at later point from my dad and uncle.

Sir,

If those properties your were talking about are self acquired properties then they can be gifted to you.

Unless you are adopted legally you can never be a legal heir to your uncle's property.
