General power of attorney in case of child custody case

Hi Sirs,

I filed petition for child custory of my 9 years son. Ex wife is in USA with my son.

she filed petition for GPA , giving power to his father to attend the case. My question is GPA is allowed to her? she intentionally avoiding to show my son since 5 years,Is this helpful for me to pull down to India ??? In recently judge asked me about wilingness to bear flight expenses, I said Yes.. Is this helpful.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Thank for you message.

She got Ex partee Divocrce decree on Nov 2013 and left to USA Dec 2013, But I am not aware of her departure to go to USA with my kid. I filed petition for custory of my son in August 2014.

she filed counter/GPA in that she is saying that before I filed petition for custoryd of my son, she left to USA , what she is saying is, jurisdiction in not India. How far it is?

Please suggest on this.
