Getting call treatning by si

Hi All,

Here is my question and i need help.

Once i used to work in one X organization in NCR-Noida 2007, there i met some my local (same as my state).

We are just face-to-face friends.

Now in 2014 i am getting a call from Delhi SI, saying that he has a warrant for the other guy and asking me for his details. I told him clearly that i am neither a friend to that person nor i am in touch with that person.

He called again now and saying that he has a search warrant against me.

He is calling my wife for the same, for some reason now i am in abroad..i dont know he know my number here and calling on that number.

How can i help him about the unknown person, about him i dont have any details or contacts.

Can someone help me with the suggestion, how to get rid of this situation.

You should enquire about this SI through the concern police station and also about the case details he is reported to handle. further, make a complaint with the higher police officer about him narrating the details of his threats and other illegal approaches, if here is no response, then approach a lawyer and issue a legal notice to the SI and follow up with further legal actions.
