 Hi.  in what circumstances a gift deed is revocable. please send me a model of gifit settlement deed.

The donor and donee may agree that, on the happening of a specified event, which does not depend upon the will of the donor, a gift shall be suspended or revoked.

My dad is owning a property which he his planning to gift me through gift deed. I want to know whether it will be better to get 

this deed in name of my son who is minor or better to get in my name. 

Also, i would like to know the challenges which i am going to face by my sibiligs( sisters) after execution of gift deed on this property 

apart from share provided by my father to all his kids. Can they challenge this by going to court? if so what sort of complications will arise ? In what instance i can avoid ?
