I am planning to gift deed the property to my dear father & brother in law in Bangalore. Kindly let me know the process to do it and how much registration and stamp duty to be paid on the gift deed.

Assuming, you are the sole owner of the property, that you can not get the benefit of transfer of gift deed when you transfer the said property to your dear father and brother-in-law at the same time since father is only related to your blood,so the same equation does not work with your brother-in-law who,on the other words,is outside the scope of your blood relatives.
