sir am a bank employee, with staff benefit I have taken home loan of 42 lakhs ,the property owner is alone myself but because of commitment eligibility I have added my mrs as joint borrower
right now for 22 lakhs I am bound to pay emi and for 20 lakhs my mrs is bound to pay emi but now my mrs is not interested to pay emi as because she doesn't have any right/name for the property
can I give gift to my wife after obtaining noc from the bank then
is she liable to pay entire emi or any obligations I has to face in future
