Mother can file  a prelitigation case before the Lok adalath  agaisnt father  in law and on appearence of  the Father in law , record the compromise , and a Decree / Award can be passed that the land  is given to Minor/mother  and the Mother can recieve the amount  of Rs;- 2,00,000-00 & LIC Policy   paid amounts  in the hands of the Father in Law  and provisoins can be made for minor  and for her maintanace  and record every thing .

Award will be passed  incorporating all the required measures for the minor,  as well as  for any  exclussive righ to claim the LIC policy amounts .

It will will safe guard the minor interest

On the basis of the Awrd the land can be mutated /enjoyed by the mother

Chetan sir,

Your query is somewhat ambiguous.Whether the widow, with her daughter living with in-laws or with own parent?

In whose favour father in-law willing to execute gift?

Well, if the father in-law willing to execute gift deed in favour of the daughter, it is nice.Get it executed & get registered.

About Rs.200000/- and calculated premiums, get promissory note from in-law.

I feel that a registered settlement deed or family arrangement deed will be approproate ... if  you could send me more details i can provide you with a draft
