Gift deed

Hello All,

I need advise on the below scenario.

My father remarried to a waman i am calling woman A after my mother died.

1. my father and mother have a joint property. my father and my mother have 2 children me and my brother.

after my mother died..the 50% of my mother's share should be split into 3 - me , my brother and my father

my father made a relinquishment deed on his share of percentage.

so now me and my brother have 50%

The rest 50% share was given to us by my father through registered gift deed.

so collectively now me and my bro have the 100% share of property

2. my father and woman A have no children together

3. woman A had a daughter already from her first marriage who is now married. A also has a property from first husband.

My questions:

1. Can my father revoke the registered gift deed?

2. What else documentation should we do except the relinquishment deed and gift deed to be 100% sure?

3. Do we need to go for MCD mutation? if yes how?

4. Do we need to change names for electricity bills and water bills? if yes how?

5. Can woman A or her daughter ask a share from our property?

6. Can we ask a share from woman A's property?

Thanks in advance for all your support in anwering my queries.

Hi,

Once gift deed is registered than he can not be revoked for any condition and daughter of Women A can not claim share in your father property and you people can not clam Share in property of Women A which she got it from her eelier husband and Khata to be mutated in your name rest of the things will get change once you transfer khata in your names.
