1. Bank Account number CANNOT be Gifted, under any circumstances. This is against the policy rules of RBI.
2. However Bank Balances & Jewellery can be duly Gifted to ANYBODY, by following due procedures of law.

yes i do agree the experts points , you can execute a will for your assets not the Bank account
