Gift deed rules

Dear Sir,

My father is having two childs, one is my self age (47) and my sister, my sister got married 1991 and she was died on 1999, my father is retired govt employee, he is alive now and he constructed one house in 1985. This is purely self acquired property. This Property  is given me through registered gift deed on 2008. Is any body can challenge this property my sister childrens or her husband. Please tell me what will do.

Your father had himself acquired this property he has all right to pass his property. If your father has made registered deed then no one can interfere in that deed.

Questioned property was self acquired property of your father and he had every right to transfer the same .Your father had transferred the property through registered gift deed to you which is absolutely legal and no one can challenge legally it.
