I need information on gifted property, My father & uncle was Joint family for 40. They both have property,
On my father name has 7 1/2 property & my uncle name has 3 1/2 Property, 1 year back they devided my fater is gifted 4 houses to my uncles & his daughters, my uncle has given gifted i house my father.
After 1 year my uncle cancelled gifted propety which is given to my father, with in week my uncle registed gifted property to his sons name. on next day my father went to court asks for stops registration. court has give order to sub resgister office to stop registation. so sub register office didn't given orginal register documents to my uncle.
Both my father applied for Injection order on this property in court, almost case is coming in favour of my father. My uncle is planned to stop Injection Order, i.e. he told his sons, apply in case court saying my father & uncle both not shared property equally to us(uncle sons). i.e "we understand that to stop Injection order i think"
Please can any one tell me is this case valid which is filed by my uncle sons?
Note: But property is not came form our grand parents.
