GOLD SOLD WITHOUT NOTICE AND NO ACCOUNTS GIVEN

I HAVE TAKEN GOLD LOAN OF RS.90000/- FROM PVT. BANK. NOW BANK HAS SOLD THE GOLD WHICH WERE WORTH OF RS.560000/-. ONE NOTICE WAS SENT TO MY EARLIER ADDR. BY ADVOCATE BY SPEED POST.IN OCT.2008 AND WITHIN 15 DAYS THEY SOLD IT. NOW THEY R NOT GIVING THE DEATAILS OF RECOVERY AMT. AND ACCOUNT ALSO.IT IS HAPPEND IN 22.10.2008. FROM THIS DATE I IM IN FOLW-UP- BUT NO RESULT.

WHAT I SHOUD DO IN COURTS/COSUMERS COURTS ETC.IN  I HAVE THEIR RECPT IN WHICH THE TAOTAL WEIGHT AND ANOUNT ALSO SHOWN , A COPY OF NOTICE .ONLY

once you change the address, you are required to inform the bank regarding the change. if you had done so, then there is a deficiency in services on the part of the bank. any way you are entitled for the details of the amounts recovered and court can direct them to give the same because they are entitled to recovered their loan amount with interest and cannot with hold the excess payment receive by them. in this light please approach the consumer forum near to your place.
