So it started at my office on 17th Feb, when I gave resignation in the morning and at lunch break i went outside office to cafeteria and i had interview call on my phone and my boss came to know about it and while interview he confronted me, called me fraud , tried to snatch my phone and asked me to leave the office on the same day he disabled my mail and access to office after 2 weeks he told me that I am being suspended and background verification is being done on me after which I can leave the company but there's no mail letting me know about this suspension or such and I don't know if i will get paid or what as the Hr has no idea and is asking me to mail but my mail is not being replied to.
i don't know how long this suspension or the process will take and my job is impacted and not sure whether j should look for job or what needs to be done.
Please help me here
First thing is that you must not be afraid. Looking for new job and interview is not a crime.Further you may initiate legal action against the company and you boss. You can look into your offer letter and move as per the conditions mentioned in it by taking out clauses in your favour.
