Hi,
We got a shop commercial space by government 7 years back. We booked for future purpose so one of our colleague is using it from last 6 years he is stamp vendor.
Now we are asking him to leave an he is not ready to move from there. He made and agreement on 20 rs. stamp paper for loan purpose of 25 years (but that was only purpose to show bankers for getting loan). He is showing the stamp paper and told us that he will file a case against us.
Please help to solve this issue.
