my father purchased some land 1983 in his bed time one person taken GPA for that lands(1989) he paid Token amount after he did not paid remaining amount he did not Registered that GPA also after that my father was expired then he was showed that GPA and influence he was taken approved layout for that land he sold out now at least 3 to 4 registration was done ,now if I taken Encumberence(EC) certificate is showing still my father name last Claimants because of he was not registered that GPA .am I approach for this court
