I was sitting in an uncomfortable posture and made grammar errors twice. However, the main case details in the attachment is very proper.

If what you wanted to say could be made out from your application, you may get a proper reply. Court affidavits and other materials presented before courts in India are full of grammatical and other errors. I do not know whether they get justice. English is the language of law under the Indian Constitution. But I do not now whether murder of English is an crime in India.

The main complaint attached is Fluent. There is no quality in normal mobiles or computers to work after few years. Typos occur due to key board and I have intently not done it.

If your meaning is conveyed then your appliciton seeking informtian through RTI act will not be rejected due to this reasdon.
