MR.Rajesh

I need an small clarification that previously ur G.Father wrote an agreement(wot kind of agreement)whether it is registered or not?

IN THE YEAR OF 2005 ur G.father executed a gift deed in ur favour(what is his state of mind? whether he is mentally, physically healthy?)

at the time of gift deeed if ur G.father is in sound mind and having tittle over the property you need not worry.

definately there will not be a cloud over the tittle
