Grand father property

sir,

my grandfather (Huf) who died intestate has a house and some agriculture land in a HP town .I, the only 65 years old grand son is one of the owners alongwith other parental grand daughters all elder to me and great grand daughters and g/g sons with their mothers asper revenue record ( 17 Nos)& among them most residing out of country . Now except for me, no body has any interest except disposal of property through sale to which I am not willing as such property is in the state of abandonment.Since I live near to this property, therefore, it is painful for me to see the house where I have spent my childhood. Since I have enough property of my own as such at this age I cannot afford to buy  any more. Is there any way to protect it by way of renovate/donation( to which others are not willing} as the house is now more than 100 years old ?
