Grandfather property

grandfather purchased a property (site) in 1955 from his own earnings. He died in 1980 with out any will.

Family left with - 2 brothers and 1 sister.

Later in 2012 sister applied for partition suit and all three got their share of land.

As a grandson, can i claim share in property from my father's share of land ?

Secondly, if my father want to sell it, then no need of my consent ?

Thanks in advance.

Your father only having rights on his share of the property. From his share of the property only grand son rights will have in future.

you cant lay any claim over your fathers share as long as he is alive
