grandfather property

My grandfather (mother's father)died in 1970.now his wife alive.all property is on my grandfather name.my grandfather have 3 sons and 1 daughter(my mother).now my grandmother can give property to any of them ? She have a right to give anyone ??

Your grandmother and her four children are all legal heirs to your deceased grandfather.your grandmother can only gift her share in the property to anyone she wishes to give
