Grandfather property

Our house site property is Anadinam land in a village in AP . It so happened it was written on A (elder son) of my grandfather it was simply mentioned in one of registration document of neighbour  but property tax ,electricty connection was on other sons( B,C,D,E) .Now sons of A has gone ahead of claiming the property and put up a fence .Can B,CD & E have any right on this property ..Please advise what course of action can be taken on this property to get a equal share for all of siblings of A,B,C,D & E.

If all of you is in agreement for equal share, the simple and inexpensive way is to approach an Arbitrator who will give you solution by Alternative Disput e resolution mrthods.

Thanks Issac,

Actually rest of BCD & E are for equal share except the A ( elder one ) who is claiming that it is their property illegally.

And top of it they filed Caveat Petition in local court  today .How does it effect my chances and at same time what can be done in court of law

If such is the situation, it is to be proved before court of law that it was notythe self earned property of th A and your father had paid for it and got it registered in the name of A.
