Dear Sir,
My name is Harman am 26 yr old for my grandpa has 8 acr of coffee estate unfortunatly my grandpa pastaway thing is my grand pa has 2 wifes 1st wife she had 4girls and 2nd wife had 1 boy 3 girls now my dad is the only bguy from his family and he is also past away now my dad's sister is taking care of that property can i file a case against her .
kindly suggest me.

If it is ancestral property of your grnd father. You can bring parttion suit.
If it is self acquired property of your grandpa and there is any will in favour of tour father's sister it is another thing.
At first check the status of the property.
