Dear Learned members,
1. Should grandparent access to child be requested in first application sec 12 of GWA r/w CPC 151 OR should it be filed as separate application on another date?
2. Please help me with SC/ HC / LC citations where Grandparent(s) were granted access to child. Appreciate if you may please send/post them here for benefit of all.

yes you can apply u/s 12. Please find below a citation. You can search for more in google or indiankanoon.org website. Courts like grandparents to meet their children as they can spend more time with them and tell epic stories. So go ahead and file. all the best
