Gratuity guidence

Dear experts, Could some one guide me whether I am eligible for gratuity or not based on below information. I work for private organizations which follows 5 working days a week. Joined on 22 nd march 2011 and last working day(including notice period) is 20 th Nov 2015. No leaves taken during notice period. Thank you.
