Dear Sir / Madam,
Please I am working in Private limited company from last 4.11 year, and I gave the resign letter and joing to another company.
My total service lenght is 4.11 year, so can I applicable for gratuity.
As per company policies gratuity will applicable after 5 year complete service.
In that case have any right to me for demanding gratuity amount.
Please gauide on same.
