Hi I am Chetana from Pune I was employed by an educational institute in Pune as Asst. Prof from July2007 to Jan 2021, And have not received my Gratuity, I have been following it up for a very long time, but no response from the Dean or the Director. Please guide me

Is it a government, private aided or unaided institution ?
Issue notice through a local prudent lawyer for immediate release of gratuity, which may be followed by initation of necessary legal proceeding.
