I have booked a flat of 1216 sq ft super built up in an under construction project costing 46 Lacs approx and a coverd car parking costing 4 Lacs on November 2018 with token amount. As the GST rate is getting changed from 1st of April 2019, so i would like to know that what will be GST rate applicable on flat and car parking from 1st April 2019 onwards.
