guarantee bond

if a person is introducing his brother or friend to the company for the purpose of job, then such oerson takes the guarantee of his friend's conduct and integrity and gives assurance that he will never desert the job, now i just want to know that guarantee bond is to executed on stamp paper or any plain paper and whether witness is required. please advise me

its better to take witness ; but no value of this garantee deed for any bodys conduct ; hypothetical deeds are not permiseable in law

How can one give a bond that another person will never desert the job. The guarantee is only for a certain period of time say 2 years. Otherwise such bonds are not valid in law.
