guardianship

my frnds hus passed away.. so she want guardnianship of her minor son and daughter.. for these what all procedures are there? what all documents want to submit while she visiting an advocate for getting this?

Dear madam

1)death and legal heir cetificate of her husband .
2) Age proof of minors .
3) Family card
4)Affidavit of natural Guardian.

She is the natural guardian of both of her minor children. She need no document for this purpose. Who told you that legal Heirship Certificate is required to be obtained on the demise of her husband?
