with all your help and guidance after 10years of fight against a false 498a, today all cross examinations and evidences finished and expected juistice of positive.
all my concern now is
i wish to take the Sub inspector of police to take HRC.
Before FIR register I explained him clearly, as sir please allow us both to furnish the facts in front of you, a couple of councils sure our marital life will be fine. Because few half knowledged advices her to approach you, she is making false allegations. He listened me but.. with out any councilngs and not even listening my version filed FIR.
I wrote 2 times RTI application, but he never gave information by showing various reasons.
now time has came I furnished facts to Hanarble Justice, and they didn't furnish any avedance since they are unprovable allegation.
so help me to go HRC and get him punished
