I have rented my place to a company, now they want an No Objection Certificate to register the company and my consent to use my premises as the registered office address. What are the disadvantages in giving them. As am planning for renovation in the near future. What are my legal bindings. Also the tenant does not pay his monthly rentals on time. Please let me know if Ihave posted this in wrong thread. Thanks for your kind guidance.

Exactly I cannot called it as disadvantages but  if Company registered in your rented premises then it would be difficult to evict them. They may get ground that Company has its registred address on rented premises and thier business is absoletly set up on this registered address even your NOC will help them. If you are thinking rented premises for future occupation then you should not give absolute freedom to tenant.
