Habeas corpus petition filing procedure

Hello:

I need to file a Habeas Corpus petition in High Court of Telangana. Does anyone know if I can just email my petition or do I have to e-file or if I have to give four hard copies as in other writ petitions. Also, if I can send notice to the respondents by email or by regular post is mandatory?

It would be better to consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for filing habeas corpus petition since procedure differ from a High Court to another which can not taught on line by experts on this platform.
