My Wife filed a 498a, divorce case against me, but I’m not interested, this happened with the instigation of family(cousin) lawyer
I work for a local media company, my FIL wrote a Letter to My HR manager about my story(hope this is one type of black mailing by my FIL to get their things done), my management called and asked me to settle it asap. My Company is more worried about their reputation getting spoiled because of me, when police comes and arrest me in my office, if my-in-laws file any harrrasement case against me.
My Question:
· What is harrrasement case.
· How can my in-laws or my wife file a harrasement case against me if I’am 500 kms far from them.
· How to take precautions before if they file any harassment case or any other cases.
Now I’m suffering mental tention bcoz of this,
