My wife makes a case on me and my family for dowry and maarpeet. I got a notice from woman cell and I am also attending a first meeting but there are no result appears.
Now I want to file a case under section 9 on my wife.
Have any problem to get anticipatory bail or permanent bail if I filed a case.

1.if ur wife's allegations are true, to some extent it is difficult to get bail.
2.Try to convince ur wife.

No. Your filing of S.9 will not disentitle you to get Anticipatory/regular bail and the latter will be decided on its own merits and discretionary power of court.
