Hc quashed da case. slp admitted in sc. rights of respondent

Dear Sirs,

A highly politically motivated DA case amounting to Rs.21 Lakhs was instituted by the State Government of Sikkim against the undersigned. The undersigned was convicted by the Lower Court with punishment of Rs.10,000/- fine and 2 years of simple imprisonment.  Hon. High Court, however,  quashed the case. State Govt. determined to harass me, further appealed to the SC. Hon. SC has presently admitted the SLP without staying the HC judgement. I wish to now know what are the rights that  I can enjoy. My Bank accounts are locked. Can these be now opened. If so how ? As I am the political victim, It is no use seeking any favor from the Sikkim Govt. Can I further approach  Hon. HC for some relief. I understood that there exists Hon. SC judgement in such case. Grateful if I am very kindly enlightened.

Thank You. Dan.
