How is that the accused need to appear in a civil court -is it not the criminal court (JFMC - perhaps)? Anyhow, the matter would be posted for the next date. This could be ascertained from your advocate and/or the e-Court.

Be clear whether the case is civil or criminal as accused do not come in any civil case.
