Heavey sun rays reflection through car glass to the house

yes it is ... neglgency, no security awareness. taking law granted ... least bother about instrunctions

If the car owner has rights to park his vehicle in the parking space then you cannot object to the parking of the vehicle.

If he is an unauthorised user then you can take action either through your association (if you are living in an apartment complex) or can ask him to remove the car and park it in such a place which do not disturb anyone.

If the space where the car parked is not belonging to you then you cannot do anything about it  except tolerating the same or by making arrangment to prevent the sun glare affecting you. 

It is association space but they can put the cover on the car whcih they are not doing it and keep doing the same thing even after informing to association. it is leading to headache and can not even sit in the room. it violates article 21-Protection of Life and Personal Liberty
