Am krishna kumar from chennai and am having some doubts ,
My grandad and my grandma who has five children's, two daughters and three sons in that my mom is the eldest and the first born to my grandad and my grandma, my grandma passed away two years ago and my grandad past away very recently , my mom is a widow and she is being corned rite now .... and how to gain my moms fathers and mothers INHERITANCE equally ??
1) my mom is living together with the one she loves and is this wrong ??
and becoz of this my mom is being threatened by her younger brothers and they are saying that you will not receive
any inheritance of our father and mother ...
and this is causing so much worry to my mother!
2) can my mom be threatened becoz she is living together with his loved one ?
3) and can this cause any problems for my mom to avail her rightful INHERITANCE OF his FATHER AND MOTHER ?
