Help

I need your help in my case.

before asking question ,  i want tell you few points for background.

 

1. I have filled the Case Section -9.

2. My wife filled the case section 13.

 

is there any law to decide the section 9 first , then decide the section 13(Devorce. ) case.

No. Both the cases may be are in different courts and both the cases will go on simultaneously.

both the case are in the same court .....and the judge is taking paralel of both the cases.

Then you should ask the Ld.Judge that your petition U/s 9 may kindly heard first only then the petition U/s 13 can be entertained.

 

And if the petition U/s 9 filed by you the petititon U/s 13 shall become infructuous.

The judge is doing the right thing, he will simultaneously decide both the cases so that their decisions won't conflict with each other.

but wat is the difference between both Sec 9 and Sec 13?????

A case u/s.9 is filed for restitution of conjugal rights.

A case u/s.13 is filed for divorce.
