Can any body help me know  the fate of judgement of Hon'ble Delhi High Court in UPSC Vs N Sugathan(LPA-797/2011), UPSC vs Nareah Kumar( LPA-802/2011), UPSC Vs Gurhari Kamila ( LPA-803/2011 )and UPSC Udaya Kumara(LPA 810/2011) at Supreme Court of India.

Heard that UPSC Appeal against the Judgement of Hon'ble Delhi High Court in Supreme Court.

a counter
affidavit has been filed by the resp
ondent.
It is not expedient to await the
respondents any further and we have heard the counsel for the appellant

though against separate orders and

respondents, are taken up
together since all entail the
same questi
on of
exemptions available to the appellant

under the Right to Information
Act, 2005.

was preferred impugning the

(CIC) directing the appellant UPSC to disclose to the respondent
