Hello everybody,
i need a help in a case of cheque boucnieng.
i have issued a blank cheque as security two years ago against a loan.
now the complaniant has filled it and got it bounced.
in cross examination he accpted that cheque was issued 2 years ago.
Please suggest how can i prove that i have given the cheque as security

Dear querist
when the complainant admitted that the cheque was issue two years ago then why are you worry, the court may presume as a security cheque. fight the case on merit, you will be win.
