Help needed

Wife has file a memo in the Gujarat family court for response of her case. Let court will take action on their internal messages. So no  need to bother wife for acknowledgements.

The wife should move application in family court Gujarat for substituted service of notice to husband by newspaper publication so that matter already delayed can move ahead. The local lawyer of the district by not moving ahead with the process till date shows their in efficiency.

Rama Chary Rachakonda:  What is filing memo in family court?  Please share your knowledge on it as we are not aware about how to file a memo and what does that mean.

 

Vijay Raj Mahajan:  We have already gave the application for substituted service.  Here the fact is that husband received the summons and then left that place.  So after that all the material through RPAD is returning back by the remark "Left".  So, we strongly need the acknowledgement of the first post to proceed further.  It will speed up if we get the acknowledgement rather than to give in newspaper or by any other means.
