In which section court ordered to pay maintenance?

Do you have any proof that your income is 10k?

Do you have any proof that she was working earlier?

What are her educational qualifications?

If you have planned to approach High Court go ahead with that, 90 days is the appeal period.  You have to go for appeal within 90 days or else such amount cannot be reduced.  Dont delay matter by simply sitting idle.  Approach able advocate who deals with matrimonial issues in HC.  Good luck.

You should Hire a able HC lawyer and appeal in HC.
