Background: I think I am so called good at all the Family law matters here and for the first time I need help from IPR / Copyright experts on below urgent matter.

On page no. 4 in above link I reproduced a literally piece titled as “Pappu Sala can Dance too” and to my shock today I came to know that Bolywood copied my above theme / title with little twist in the title and already made a film out of it which these buggers are releasing on 16^th. Dec. 2011 without giving any thanks to LCI from where it was published and further to me and copied accordingly by them to make a film out of my given title !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This is HEIGHT OF IPR !


I need a ex parte STAY ORDER against Producer and Actors (minus Neha as we worked in 2003 for a Doordarshan’s 8 episode Sports Freaks production program so I will have a soft corner for her but bakio ki chodunga nahiiiiiiiiiii !) and proceeds from settlement money (it is obvious they will like to do out of court settlement na) that I rake in from bl**dy production house of this film I am ready to equally share with LCI and guru’s who help me on asked legal matter.

Any well established legal experts takers here to share the settlement amount as I am confident to win Copyright infringement Writ before D HC.
