Every HC has its own procedure and admitted writs are put up for hearing turnwise and no specific period can be ascertained, however, in some most urgent cases, application for early hearing can be moved.

Mr. Makkad observed correctly, if the case is of urgent nature then move an application for early hearing.

if the applicant is senior citizen then it ll be taken on priority basis.

otherwise the Indian judiciary has adopted the recent vision of law minister of India, if that is to be followed then every litigation is to conclude with in a period of 3 years.

You cannot fix a time frame in HIGH COURT AS IT NEEDS ONLY THE INTEREST OF JUSTICE AND NOT THE quick disposal
